I’m taking up knitting and crochet again, after a long break, and was wondering where any fellow knitting moneysavers buy their wool online? I’ve done an online search, but the many options are overwhelming!

I have brought from Black Sheep Wool and found them very efficient with a good clearance selection

The knitting network is worth looking at as well

I like https://www.woolwarehouse.co.uk/ I’ve used them several times and have always been pleased with their service.2

Another one here for Wool Warehouse - plenty of choice, good service and frequent reductions. They also do some fabric, sewing notions/accessories and cross stitch items.Be kind to others and to yourself too.2

I also buy from Blacksheep Wool but their delivery time is not the best. In the past most of my orders arrived the next day or 2 days at the most. I had not used them for a year or so, but my last 2 orders were not even despatched for 5 day after ordering. They did arrive the day after despatch though1

I’ll check out Deramores. Thanks.I looked at sites mentioned and so far I like Blacksheep best. Have chosen a baby sweater pattern, some wool and some needles to order. Will see how that goes.LBM: August 2006 - £12,568.49 —— DFD: 12 March 2012

@BellaLasagna2018, sorry no idea for shops but there is a lovely Chat group over on the Crafters board if you’re looking for some company
