  • Was that sent by DCBL in anticipation of court directions being sent out?
Not sure why they have done that...
The actual N180 intended for you to complete will be sent by the court once they hear from DCBL. You can download a N180 yourself and send it back to the court  with your reference if you want to get this stage out of the way

Unfortunately @Blonderabbit doesn't appear to have an earlier thread about any parking event.

It looks like his/her earlier thread, together with the substantial number of replies on it - twelve by @Blonderabbit, has been deleted.
Then we need blonderabbit to give us some background information on the case , a summary of events so far , a copy and paste of the defence , location of the car park etc , vital information !

As for this new letter from the CCBC , it usually goes to the claimant , perhaps the CCBC messed up ? Or both parties get it ?

I suggest that the OP logs into MCOL , checks the claim history and posts a copy below so we can see all stages and comment

They should also download the N180 DQ and fill it in , ready for emailing to the ccbcaq email address at the appropriate time

We need better info for better replies

Does this man of italian origin have a criminal record?  If so it would be very naughty if someone mentioned this to the Judge.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • Lets just say for example that this man of Italian origin did have a criminal record that includes racially aggravated assault for threatening someone he clamped and also a technical issue relating to a gun licence, what would happen if someone did mention it to the judge? Would this have any bearing on the case(s)?

You also forgot to mention threatening to rape the victims wife and hurt his children and damage his property.  I do believe this self professed hard man bottled it (when I say bottled it - I mean he completely bitched out!!!) when he was faced with a jail term instead of doing his time like a man!  Absolute sewer dweller who can buy anyone's data for £2.50 a go because IPC will let anyone in and DVLA think they are professionals - when their senior management is made up of a bent solicitor and disgraced ex-teacher who got drunk and a bit touchy feely with his pupils and then tries to blackmail his school employers at disciplinary Stage!  All public knowledge!

  • @95Rollers

He got around it by passing on to TNC - the NTK came from them and SAR shows they requested my data

@Blonderabbit - was your original NTK from TNC? If so compare it to date on PCN - mine came on day 67

Hi Redx - I’m a bit overwhelmed - please ask any questions you have and I will answer them - a question at a time - I will come back to this thread with an edited version of what was deleted by admin
  • Initial post (edited)

Hi, I have received a county court summons last Friday for just under £300 for a parking offence in a car park dating back to the 1st November 2016 at the flats behind Rollits solicitors in Hull.

one of my employees lived at the flats and I was going to deliver him a piece of equipment. ( which he had asked me to deliver to him ) I pulled into a space next to his van, got out went to the rear doors and unloaded this piece of equipment to his van. As we were doing so my employee noticed PDG  taking pics of the front of my van. I went to ask him what he was doing and he said I had parked and commited a parking offence and he was taking a picture - I stood in front of him obscuring his view but he was persistent and eventually took pics. We had a heated exchange and I went to my van to get a camera - he then jumped into his black pickup style vehicle and shot off. Since then I have received numerous letters from debt recovery agencies on his behalf. I did not park, I never left the van and I was only there for a few mins, just a quick delivery to the flats - surely you are allowed to deliver a pizza or a piece of equipment without fear of a ticket. Please help as I have a business and a very good credit record - I do not want a ccj. This is fraud and harassment - how can he get away with this?

Ok, same as all the other defences where people were delivering, only with added personal ex-clamper aggression.  Loads on the forum right now,
