Hi it’s me again, the ongoing saga with a man who shall remain nameless of Italian origin. He use to run a parking business which I have fallen foul of. I took your advice on my original post. However now I’m stuck. I have received this communication - though it seems to be directed at the claimant - what should I do?

Post it on your original thread and let this thread die 😋😋

Is this related to your initial thread?  While you might be au fait with what you've previously written about your case - why wouldn't you be - I'm afraid that regulars are often dealing with dozens of different cases, all with different circumstances, all with different parking firms, every day, to remember specifics about any individual cases without the background to hand.  We won't go chasing around the forum looking for any linked thread.

Put your query into your original thread, then let this one die, please.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Unfortunately @Blonderabbit doesn't appear to have an earlier thread about any parking event.

It looks like his/her earlier thread, together with the substantial number of replies on it - twelve by @Blonderabbit, has been deleted.

The owner/former owner of Autosec who threatened to rape a motorist's wife, and was convicted of racially aggravated assault, perhaps?
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D

You need to comply with item 3 of that order. The guide to court written by bargepole you will find in the second post of the NEWBIES will help you.
You should download the N180 form, fill it in, and send it to the court.
Do not fill in anything sent by the claimant.

  • Hi my other thread was removed as it for many reasons didn’t comply with the rules - so admin removed it all 🤷‍♂️
  • A lot of that going on lately... there seem to be some very touchy parky people around at the moment...

why all the beating round the bush??

and the name "Peter Del Grosso " who has a rather colourful history so to speak

Ive always been f the opinion that those accessing the DVLA data should be enhanced CRB/DBS checked and this is proof of that and the publicly available information on that person should be used in a strong landowner complaint

    Whos car park was this?
