Ok, if you right-click on rules, open it on to another tab, enter the number of snowmen, then tick either the that's life or TAB box. You can then enter your details, tick the box and then click send it will go. Or at least it did for me.

Never allowed me to click then I realised I had not selected the magazine choice at the top.
