7week gap between exchange and completion, any risk?

    I assume the vendor will remain in the property between exchange and complete?
    It's more, now the weather has cooled off, that you don't have the risk of a burst frozen pipe in an empty house and the damage to deal with.

    There is a risk that the vendor gets COViD and has to isolate at home so can’t move out. I believe the financial risk is on them but could be inconvenient if it happens at short notice.
