BOOTS DON'T ALWAYS GET IT RIGHT

1 Post
We recently used the BOOTS Chemists online: "www.boots.recova-19.com" to purchased four C-19 testing kits for our return journey from the EU.
We eventually got a reply telling us to click on the link to view the C-19 Certificate. But we could only see the lead-booking certificate. Not the rest of our family.
This was raised with them but it was ignored until we made a formal complaint. The response stated that we could escalate the complaint to the "Retail CDR service but BOOTS do not abide by this system." The Retail CDR system does not list BOOTS or Walgreens Boots Alliance.
Does anyone know how to raise this above BOOTS complaints/customer service teams? I have tried emailing and calling, asking them for an update but I am completely ignored. Zero response.

If you did the tests (assume these are lateral flow ones) and reported the results then the "certificates" are meaningless, you dont have to use them for anything and are merely for your own amusement. I dont see the problem, maybe you will have to explain further.
