Section 75 help please!

I personally would be surprised if Polish law was more generous than UK law but could be wrong.
There is always a debate on if the contact centre agent made a mistake/misunderstood the situation and they give wrong advice if it is binding on their employer, but again you'd need someone who knows Polish law to advise, especially as it was post contract.
The reschedule event did go ahead, but 3 months later, but my contract of sale was for an event on 1st August 2020, they surely can't unilaterally change a critical part of the deal and not offer a refund?
Anyway, I fear I'm going to be out of pocket this time. I will be much more careful in future where I spend my money.0 -

It however sounded like you accepted the reschedule and its only because you couldnt enter the country at a later date that it became a problem.0
