Can I reuse a non used day 2 test?

A friend of mine was coming to visit me some weeks ago but he finally didn’t come. However he ordered his lft and it arrived to my house

Since this test has not been used, can I use it for myself in the future as a day 2 test?

Some companies selling them may or may not have an expiry date.  That is the main point to check for.  Otherwise the code should be good for any PLF.

You need the booking reference for the PLF that your friend would have received by e-Mail (not the URN on the test ) and will be linked to their name

unless he cancelled within 48 hours of travel he would not have submitted a PLF with the code...however you would need to check whether the name can be changed (for the sake of saving <£20 I would not risk it)

I think the answer is that they don't check.

Yes you can, provided it hasn’t been used before. Many people buy these tests and then change plans and just keep them for the next trip.
