Hi I have tried to send an MP4 video 205MB but is just stuck there now say sending

I have tried this https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/video-send-or-delete-an-email-stuck-in-your-outbox-26d5d34a-4e5f-444a-a9e8-44db04a94dec#:~:text=When a message gets stuck, the navigation pane, click Outbox.&text=Drag the message to your, click it and press Delete).

I have also tried the repair the program via setting  apps microsoft office - repair but this still doesn't get rid of the email and now i am having problems sending any  emails.

When i close the app and try to reopen it won’t open and i have to restart my desktop and it will then reopen.

My e mail client is Outlook 2010

Help please

Is 205MB above the maximum file size allowed?

A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".

Which email provider do you use?

How have you connected Outlook client to the provider? (IMAP?)

You might need to login to the provider online (via browser) and delete it from there?
