Eon.Next billing.
I've recently been billed by Eon.Next, my first bill having been previously with Igloo, Eon took over my account.
Now I'm thinking I should be able to see a breakdown of my usage from Eon, nope, all I've got is a figure for gas and electric separately in monetary form. I've always had a breakdown of units used, standing charges and then tax added from the other suppliers.
They are expecting me to pay £98 in total for energy used without basically an itemised bill. Is this the way Eon work, doesn't seem right?
I have the tariff rates and SC rates and meter readings to work from but is it a case of work it out for yourself from scratch with Eon?

EON.next send you an email with the basics (amount used in £s for gas and electric), but also attach a PDF with full itemisation of units used, previous and current, and how they came to the figures they quoted in the email. What I like about them is that they'll do this whenever you submit meter readings, so if you submit every month, you'll get an itemised bill every month, no having to wait 6 months like with EDF.1

Once we've got this we'll apply it to your account and release your bill. This means the balance we're showing you at the moment may not be correct. Please don't worry, any credit balance you had with Igloo will be protected."0 -
They will be taking a 1st payment in 7 days, I guess they expect this to arrive from me so it's a bill payment but I don't get it itemised.bristolleedsfan said:Brewer21 said:I've recently been billed by Eon.Next, my first bill having been previously with Igloo, Eon took over my account.

I got the bill by submitting a meter reading, not email the bill just appeared on my account.Astria said:EON.next send you an email with the basics (amount used in £s for gas and electric), but also attach a PDF with full itemisation of units used, previous and current, and how they came to the figures they quoted in the email. What I like about them is that they'll do this whenever you submit meter readings, so if you submit every month, you'll get an itemised bill every month, no having to wait 6 months like with EDF.
I guess I'll have to wait for the itemised bill, hopefully it'll show up eventually.0
