Using the Crypto.com Prepaid Debit card

Hi,
So I signed up for the Ruby Debit card about a year ago, staked it and just left it and never really used the card.
So recently CRO has been pumping hard which has got me looking more in depth as to what the card offers and I have been kicking myself for not having used the card for the past 6 months and getting 2% cashback.
Anyways, I am using it a lot more now, I have changed Spotify and Netflix subscriptions to the Ruby.
However I am a bit confused about some things:
1) As a prepaid card, it does not have sort code and account number. Why is it that Spotify and Netflix direct debits do not require SC/AN but only Card number but other DDs require it like utilities? This means that I cannot add certain direct debits to this card as they need SC and AN
2) My service charge for my flat is a big chunk of my expenses every quarter and I wish to be able to get the 2% cashback on this. However I don't think I can DD it as I need SC and AN.
3) So instead of using DD for my Service charge, can I just pay it manually every quarter. I can't see how I would do that though, as there is no function on the app to pay another bank account. How do I pay institutions that are not merchants? Or is this not possible?
Thank you,

You cannot pay for anything via Direct Debit with a debit or credit card, you need a bank account to set up direct debits.1 -
Ok thank you. I guess it's only shopping, groceries and odd subscriptions that support CPA then
And just for my knowledge, I don't know if this is a silly question, but what is that system called when you go into a shop and you pay at the terminal with your card by tapping or entering your pin. What is that system called? As that is essentially the system that is compatible with these types of card right.
Like on Amazon you can enter your card number and it would work. What is the name for it? My managing agent only accepts Bank Transfer and Direct Debit for service charge.

There is also a slight risk to the retailer as the payer may reverse the payment if they dispute it (known as chargeback). This is why not everyone accepts debit card payments - only those happy to absorb the fees and the risk as a cost of doing business.

I haven't got one of those cards, but I remember seeing somewhere that you have to pay a fee for inactivity.. So I would use it for something just to be safe.. also 2% cashback is good...
At the time I looked into it,(about a year ago) I didn't want to stake CRO as I saw it as a risk...!0
