Check all the information for accuracy , look for errors , loopholes , anything else that is to your advantage , make notes , check that you have all your ducks in a row ! Gather your evidence , complain to the management company who hired the PPC , trying for plan A , a cancellation at source
Then await a court claim pack from the CCBC in Northampton within 6 years of the incident date2
