#8 here with the May update:

    Profits from normal betting: £0
    Profits from matched betting: £194.81
Profits from other sources (eg free spins, instant wins etc): £103.41

    Overtime/Bonuses: £0
    Dividends: £120.74 (S&S ISA), £4.58 (SIPP)
    Bank cashback/interest: £0.13

Extras: £150 council tax rebate, £10 off Tesco shop by redeeming Honey Gold

    Grand total: £583.67; YTD: £1792.57

Bank interest should have been more, but for whatever reason my Santander 123 Lite account didn't pay me anything this month (nothing had changed since April so who knows why); if I don't see a June payment by end of next week then I'll have to contact them as it's not worth me paying the £2 a month fee if they're not actually going to make the payment to me. Other than that I'm pretty happy with this month's results - almost at the end goal already although I'm expecting June and July to be quieter due to fewer dividend payments and less promotions for the matched betting side of things.

I'd like to join, I'd just like to ask how you all report the earnings over the £1k threshold? I'm a sole trader in general (Etsy and self-employed work) but anything I earn in gift cards I don't know how I'd begin to report that?
