Geodis - Impossible to contact

I recently ordered some products from iHerb. Never had a problem before, however this time my products were shipped with Geodis. Unfortunately my parcel never arrived, I should have received it by 17th November, the following day I decided to check the tracking information, according to this my parcel was out for delivery on 9th November. The tracking information still stated "Out for delivery" and the date has not changed.
I contacted iHerb to let them know my package never turned up and they have re-shipped the items, unfortunately they have used Geodis again, I wonder if this will turn up? Only time will tell.
In the mean time I thought I would try to contact Geodis in order to see if they could track or trace the parcel, I have tried numerous numbers, on 192.com. yell, and their website, I have tried ringing head office and my local hub in Leicester, however all the numbers I have tried are either not recognised or the number is temporarily out of order.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would try not to worry about it. It is solely iHerb's problem and they are trying to deal with it.
I appreciate it is annoying when you don't know when a parcel will arrive, but that is their choice1
