Car software issues
I bought a new Audi in April this year. It has constantly had issues with the MMI system where it keeps downloading the user information. There are also a number of other fault messages that appear intermittently. My local dealer tells me that there is a software update due in January. That will mean that I will have owned a 'faulty' car for 9 months. This problem is not unique to my car; search and you will find lots of similar stories. Are Audi liable for selling a vehicle that does not meet its specifications?

What do you mean liable? Are you looking to reject the car?0

That's a standard dealer line, software update due soon, go away please.
When you did first raise this issue with them? If it was within the first couple of weeks then you are in a much better position. If it was in the first six months that's still good.0
