I have a Honeywell T6R thermostat,  ( Greenstar boiler )after a power cut it will not connect. On the Honeywell app , it gets to Tstat 2F4893 ( no internet ) but will not connect. I have aeroplane mode on. Reinstalled the app, 2.4 on my router. Anything else I can try ?  It was working ok before the power went off.

The app set up says to turn on flight mode . It will not find Tstat 2F4893 if you don't. I have try'd it with/without flight mode.

You don't turn on flight mode, you simply connect to the wifi network named on the screen of the device instead of your own home wifi network.

Also need to set the app to be able to discover devices on your network - usually in privacy settings but can't say without knowing your phone model.
