Shell Energy from Green - still nothing heard off them
I was moved from Green energy to Shell, and like everyone else, was notified by email in late September.
Unfortunately, I still have no received anything from Shell since then - there is no customer number, no way of logging into a portal, and no price details. I don't even know how I'd go about getting a bill off them or giving them a reading - two months since their last contact.
Anyone else having the same issues? I thought I'd give them a while as it must be a big undertaking, but it's really starting to concern me now.

Do you check your spam box? Some of my Shell emails went there. My Shell account opened yesterday all present and correct.
