Desktop Upgrade

I have had my Dell desktop for over 10 years now and I want to upgrade it for one that can run Windows 11.
I don't mind if the upgrade machine is second hand but I don't want to use registry hacks to be able to run Win11.
A Dell is my preferred machine and I have seen a previous thread which shows the Dell Outlet with machines in the £300 range.
eBay have some used Dell Fanless Mini PC's with a spec that will run Win11 without a registry hack for around £160. Is this a step to far and should I stay with the Dell Outlet?
I do not do gaming and although I have used my computer for video editing I don't do much editing on my desktop these days.

Personally, if running Windows 11 is your only reason for upgrading, I would hold off a while yet.
There aren't any benefits to running Windows 11 and I think it will be another 6 to 12 months until there are.
A dream is not reality, but who's to say which is which?1
