Company not honouring the deal they offered

So basically I got a letter from the Spectator magazine with an offer to resubscribe (see below). I thought it was a good offer so filled in the attached form and resubscribed.

Waited a few weeks and was receiving the magazine but no word about the amazon voucher so I emailed them. They initially said "you're eligible for a free bottle of gin but not a voucher", but then I sent them a copy of the letter showing what they'd offered.

12 emails later and somehow it's still not resolved. Basically after that initial email they decided to just send the gin anyway even though I'd clearly asked about an amazon voucher and didn't want the gin (I don't drink gin!). I've said I'll happily send the gin back if they pay for the postage which I think is reasonable given this is their mistake, but they're either now completely ignoring my messages or delaying with "we're sorry blah blah we need to wait to hear from blah blah so we'll get back to you", and then obviously never getting back to me.

I realise it's fairly petty but it's quite annoying when companies do this sort of thing so I don't really want to drop it. What are my actual rights in this situation and what would be the best next step to take?

Your rights are to accept what they've offered, or cancel the whole thing and get your money back.
