PFP to BGas miscalculated bill?
Moved (not by choice) to BGas. Hugh bill of over £200 for gas
When calculating their conversion to KWh I believe they used the imperial ft3 instead of our meters metric m3. This makes a high difference ie more than doubles the bill cost. Trying BGas enquiries is difficult and I’ve yet to prove this to some fresh faced call centre person.
If proven true, I believe BGas & other companies could be cheating 1000s of customers out of £££s who don’t bother to check ‘how’ their bills are calculated. My own Dad usd to check his bills and often proved utility companies that they overcharged!
