    EDF - and I expect most of the big providers - give their warm home discount to people on certain disability benefits and attendance allowance but only if your total household income excluding that benefit is less than £16,190.

    Sorry for your illness - but it is right it is means tested. Millionaires can get cancer - but they don't need help paying their bills.
