Crack in brickwork

Hey,
Ive Been in my house about 4 years. It's a new build and Ive noticed that about 4 bricks have hairline cracks running vertically through the middle.
They are not connected to each other, are spread out randomly and dont carry on through the mortar.
Is this likely bad workmanship when laying them originally?
