Ours comes on at 8am off at 9.30am then back on at 4.30pm until 11pm. Set at max of 19.5 C. We find sometimes we need to override these settings if we feel the need day too cold during the daytime off period. We keep active during the day and in and out too so occasionally switch on earlier. We've never have had heating on during the night, after bedtime.
