Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
- The fridge is probably around 150W maximum, so you're unlikely to see a change in just one hour if the meter only shows whole kWh.
- Are you sending monthly meter readings? Please post photos of the meter (with barcodes, serial number redacted)..
- Are you confusing the £DD amount with the bill? They're not the same. Please post images of bills (with S-number, meter number and personal info redacted).
