Anyone up for sale , how are things going ?

Thought I'd be brave and put myself out there as it's always easy when its someone else going through the process.
If anyone else has just gone up for sale and before moving to the "waiting to exchange "forum thought it might be nice for some encouragement along the way and even get some constructive criticism
Mine went up on Thursday and we had 5 viewers on Saturday , 4 tomorrow and a couple on Thursday .
Prices here are stupid , a neighbour sold for 597K a year ago and had absolutely no vehicular access to their property
So for anyone just starting out hope it goes as stress free as possible , this will be move number 17 for me ...I must be a glutton for punishment !!

The drone pictures on RM are fantastic, they really sell the area (which looks like one of its strong points for sure!).1

I am looking for a bungalow for health reasons and long term ..who knows maybe I might give up on the packing boxes.
The selling bit can be a bit tiresome but the actual moving to a new house is great fun .
You can tell my solicitor is pretty well known to me now !!0 -
Looks like you have done a lot to it given the old photos from your purchase.

The conservatory roof would concern me a bit, from those pictures but otherwise lovely place.0

The old lean to is a bit dated but it didn't have any leaks so it stayed up and tbh it is my fave place to sit .. there is a rad in there but the bio fuel fire is great to make it useable all through the winter .
It seemed a shame to knock it down for no reason ..no doubt new owners will do just that along with extending but it it would have cost too much to replace to add any sort of value0
