Nespresso Replacement Machine

In January this year we bought a Vertuo Plus machine direct from Nespresso - it was the Magimix version (as it was part of a subscription plan we did not get a choice of model). It broke down only a fortnight later and after a helpful discussion with customer services during which several fixes were suggested, none of which worked, the agent said a new machine would be sent and that he would arrange for the replacement to be the Krups version which was said to be better.
All went well until last week, when the machine became extremely noisy in use, although there was nothing wrong with the coffee. I contacted customer services and the agent was again extremely helpful, suggesting variuos remedies, which I had already tried, and eventually agreed that Nespresso would repair the machine, and they would loan me a machine for the duration. Arrangements were agreed for delivery/collection.
The next day I received an email from Nespresso saying that it had been decided to send me a replacement machine instead. This duly arrived and it was the Magimix model again, which we didn't mind particularly. However, we are somewhat disappointed with it as the coffee it makes doesn't seem as hot and the water pressure seems lower so the crema produced isn't as good as that from the Krups machine.
Do we have any rights here? I'm aware that it's at Nespresso's discretion whether to repair or replace at this stage (10 months after original purchase) and of course the replacement is the Magimix model as we were originally supplied with. I could not say it was faulty, as it operates normally and makes coffee - just not as good as we'd got used to!
I would welcome any views/suggestions
Thank you for reading
JJ

If you buy a new machine at the moment, you get 200 free capsules https://www.nespresso.com/uk/en/offers/winter-sale
By my calculations, that makes the machine free. Indeed, better than free.
Here's the Krups machine at John Lewis

... and just keep your magimix as a spare?1 -
I don't think you have a strong case for anything here. The magimix machine isn't faulty - you just prefer the other one. Also - your original purchase was of the magimix model - so you can't really argue it's not as good as the one you paid for.1

You don't have any rights to be given the Krups model, only the one you bought.1

I know this does not solve your current issue.
But seriously consider getting a bean to cup coffee machine. While they are more expensive to start with (black friday coming)
I bought a De'longhi last year for £200 reduced from £400 & have saved as much over the year by not having to keep buying the capsules. Just have to buy the beans, which are much cheaper in the long run.
If you are really lucky and get on well with your local coffee shop, you might even get a bag for freeLife in the slow lane1 -
Thanks for all the comments which confirm what I really knew deep down! However the good news is that things have improved over the last couple of days in that the coffee is now definitely hotter. Perhaps the machine just had to get used to us!
