Current account removed from ClearScore credit report

Good afternoon everyone, I hope someone can shed some light on this for me.
I've recently changed address, and I've noticed my ClearScore credit report is removing my current bank account - does anyone know why this is? My current account is very much still open and ClearScore have been unhelpful at best. Does anyone know if this would have anything to do with my recent address change? I've checked my credit report elsewhere and can't see the same issue.
Thanks in advance!

What do you mean by 'removing'?
Is the account history still there? Or has it disappeared entirely?0 -
This is the message I'm getting - I haven't 'closed' the account, it's still very much open. I've heard it does this when you change address, but I don't think I've seen this before?0 -
It's standard procedure in my experience.
It gets removed and then added back a month or so later. Nothing to worry about.1 -

Yeah, happens to me as well from time to time with some accounts. Not sure why ClearScore do that though.
