I am trying to get some free samples but they don't send to people who have non business addresses such as gmail, yahoo etc.
Any idea how I could get an email address such as John@Swift.co.uk for free?

If this is a business to business thing who only provide these samples to other businesses, that's up to them. The concept of "business mail" is just fred@mycompanyname.co.uk for example, but many people do do business from Gmail addressses for example.Who are you trying to get these free samples from?0

I signed up using my "business name" jsplumbers but used a gmail account but was rejected for the free sample as they do not send to companies that do not have a business email address.
So how do I get a free email address such as John@Swift.co.uk or even John@jsplumbers.co.uk?

The minute I publish the company name they will be inundated with requests for free samples so I won't name the company, at least until I get my free sample.0 -
Easy enough to do...
1. Buy the domain you want to use for your email, eg jsplumbers.co.uk - use any of the well known domain registrars eg Google domains or check out these reviews to choose one https://hostreviews.co.uk/domain-registrars/ - will cost anything from £10 a year to maintain the domain. You may as well get a website for your business whilst you are paying for the domain.
2.Either sign up for an email hosting service or run an email server at home - you can do this quite cheap with a Raspberry PI but for simplicity get email hosting from your domain registrar or check some reviews out online https://www.ukwebhostreview.com/best-email-hosting/ - anything from £3-5 per month
3. Configure your email client to access the newly created email service or use the web client from the host.
Whether the cost will justify the free samples is up to you, but could be good for business to have your own domain.

To get your own domain name you will need to pay. To register a .co.uk domain is around £10 per year and many have free email addresses to go with them.
I use 20i for my domains.0 -

Buy a domain and use that email. But expect them to checkout your website so create something with real contact
details etc.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

Unless they're actively matching your email address to active businesses, the reality is that the free sample provider is refusing to play ball with punters who have one of the common free email services, like Yahoo, GMail, Hotmail (does that still exist...?) etc, with a simple check to see if the provided email address is one of the freebie services.
As it's your own domain you can set up a temporary email on it for this free sample, then once it's served its purpose just delete it.0 -

Does your ISP provide an email address or does that not happen any more?0

Many registrars, such as 123-reg will let you register select .co.uk domains for 99p for the first year. They will offer cheap mail and web hosting. The only drawback is that cancelling / disabling auto-renewal can be a pain.
