A couple of years ago i purchased a spa day via Living social / Wowcher but when trying to book i was not getting what was advertised so L S gave me voucher credit . It kept expiring as there was nothing else i wanted to but from them. I rang them a few times and each time they added my credit back on again with no problem.
This time my credit has expired and despite calls & emails complaining ( nicely !! ) they are refusing to refund or credit me so basically they have got my £54 !!
I have used Resolver and escalated my case with Resolver too but keep getting generic replies . I have given them all the info they asked for but still nothing.
I have today emailed again and they still say no money back or credit able to be given so i have told them i am taking it further and getting legal help.
Any ideas on wat i should do next please . Annoyed now that they have robbed me
Thankyou

They haven't robbed you.
Almost all vouchers expire sooner or later. You were lucky that they kept extending your time. That is unusual.
As always, any rights you have depend on what the terms and conditions say.
What do they say?1 -
You were VERY lucky to have it extended at all as this is not in their T&Cs.
Unfortunately as you chose not to spend it within the time limit you have now lost the money as it is unreasonable for them to extend them now it is over 2 years since the original purchase.
Either NEVER buy vouchers, or if you do get vouchers spend them straight away.
On the plus side, if there had been nothing worth purchasing in 2 years, then chances are the £54 credit would also remain unspent.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
I think you’ve had enough time to spend it and have used up all of their goodwill. You’re lucky that they extended it in the first place.1
