Email addressed to my father but my email address

I've received an email from greenflag@leaderfactor.com, asking to complete a survey. But the email is addressed to my father. I've asked him if he used my email address by mistake and says no, been with Greenflag for years and has always used the same email address. I've never been with Greenflag - I don't even own a vehicle so it's definitely not meant for me.
Any ideas how this has happened? Should we both be concerned? I have used my address in question to send emails to my father's address, which gets a lot of spam and dodgy looking emails. I told him it's best to do something about that.

leaderfactor.com is some sort of training organisation. Just ignore it.

Do the two e-mail addresses only differ very slightly?  It's possible it was just a typo at the originator's end.  If it's not for you just ignore the survey.

The two email addresses are completely different; no chance it was a typo.
In the email, it says to click here to complete the survey. There's the button to click on, then underneath that is a written address which is tlf admin. I'm wondering if it's a phishing email.
If it is phishing, I can ignore it and hope they don't try again. But I worry about my father's email; since the email is addressed to him but with my address. He's not very savvy when it comes to the www.
