Another unhappy user here! I've cashed out with Ipsos on a few occasions now but since they moved over to the new website, the survey links always seem to be broken or I get screened out very quickly. Have recently cashed out with them with no issues but don't think I'll be using them going forward. Such a shame as the old site was fine.

That's happening to me with a lot of survey sites at the moment as well - mainly Ipsos, Opinionworld and Theaudience.

And Hi-epanel - I haven't had a survey from them in what seems like years.

Plenty of surveys built up but whats the point after answering the proverbial already in your profile every time to be kicked out.

It went down the pan 2 years ago, since then earnt equivalent £4 odd.

I used to be able to build up £5-10 per month before the website changed recently. Now it's invites to unavailable surveys, technical errors and time spent revealing a lot of personal details before being screened out and awarded 3 points.

I'm still getting numerous technical issues but happy that the payout rate is still worth it for me. 
My last £5 payout was Feb 23 and I'm currently at 957 points.

Since the last post I think it’s gone even further downhill. I’ve had several surveys recently that I’ve completed and only been given three points for - then they claim that I was screened out. Screened out after 15 to twenty minutes! A shame, cos it used to a good site. I’d avoid now. I spend as much time complaining to them as I do filling in surveys.

I agree with the above sentiments regarding Ipsos. So much time spent with either no points added or just 3 points. Decided to not bother with it now, definitely not worthwhile

It seems I've just had my account suspended yet again - if only the survey sites listened to me and let me leave questions blank, didn't make surveys too long and didn't keep giving me the same surveys over and over again this wouldn't keep happening.
