Does anyone know anything about the recent maintenance issues at Ipsos Mori and their rewards website. I tried to log on this week to claim my rewards for Xmas and its down for maintenance. Should I be worried or is this genuine? Help Please.

Are you using the new website?

    https://www.ipsosisay.com/en-gb/surveys

    They recently moved.

I just logged in fine and looked at the rewards page.

If still no good try clearing your browser history and cache.

I claimed a 5 pound Amazon voucher about 10 days ago , still not received it.
Contacted them 3 times but no response. Not impressed at all and not willing to do any more surveys until they sort it. They have taken the points from my balance though.

Is anyone else still having terrible trouble with the new site? It says I have 10+ surveys but almost all of them say I am not eligible once I click on them.

That's happening to me with a lot of survey sites at the moment as well - mainly Ipsos, Opinionworld and Theaudience.

Isay hasn't been the same since it moved websites.  I got a £10 amazon voucher just after it switched, with no issue, but I was close to quitting the surveys then.  I've carried on, but most surveys are 3 points!? It doesn't add 150, 80 etc.  I noticed the other day that there are fewer rewards, amazon £10 is no longer an option, but £5 is.

I need another 100 or so to reach enough to get a £5 voucher, then after that I might stop doing them, it's not the same as it used to be.

I've also found it only gives me 3 points for some completed surveys, and constantly screens me out or says a survey isn't available halfway through. I might stop doing it once I get to another £5 (if I ever do!)

Same here for me, even though 10 or so listed i am not eligible.  My profile is complete so was hoping that it would put appropriate surveys through for me!  I have also had the problem on doing the survey and only receiving partial points i.e. 38 points for a 150 point survey

I'm now getting surveys from Opinionworld (including the usual six surveys on my account page) but still keep getting the same surveys over and over again - mainly ones on takeaways and banking.

Only in stock rewards are shown, anything out of stock should re appear within a few weeks. I had to wait a little while for my preferred reward to come back recently.

I agree with others that the site isn't the same since changing, the many technical issues are very frustrating but for me it's still worth the rate of payouts I'm getting.

£5 x 3 on 12 Jan (had been waiting for reward to be in stock), £5 on Jan 21, £5 on Feb 7 and currently have 301 points.

I've really gone off ISayIpsos and I've only been with them a few months.

The previous layout was very user friendly. This new one is a nightmare. You click on a survey, end up going through a whole loop and then it's showing the same bloody surveys still available.

I've saved up about £37, waiting to get to £40, cashing out and saying goodbye.
