Partnership Reward Vouchers

Is anyone else still waiting for the October reward vouchers following that month’s statement?  I’m sure I generally get them (three times a year), fairly quickly.  I’ve messaged them via their app but can’t read their response, suggesting I try the website instead of the app.  I can’t remember my password and it’s threatening that I’ll be blocked with one more try. Before I phone, just checking if I’m the only one left waiting.
