Mine still shows a score out of 700. It does have a link to 'Coming Soon, Our credit score is changing'

I didn't know it was possible to achieve top marks on the Clearscore system.

Meaningless or not, they've also redesigned the website layout and added some more insights.
It now takes more clicks and a bit more scrolling to get to view your all accounts.

And btw, I also thought no one can achieve 1000, lol.

I have just seen my score up to 1000

It was 540 beforehand. (Just seen it was out of 700)

My question would now be if it was only 540 out of 700 why is it now 1000?

658 out of 710 on Credit Karma.

I used to look at my report each month to make sure nothing new appeared that I was not expecting.

Other than that I not bothered what the score is. Apply for credit as and when I need it and pay it off or reduce it each moth as required.

    Thanks OP

I have a few day's for next report.
I have only managed low to mid range scores via clearscore.
Potentially one or two credit agreements could make a difference as well.

Hopefully . I see at least mid 500 range or more.

As everyone always says, the score is immaterial and means nothing. My Experian score is now 996 but my Credit Karma score is still 'fair' and my report 'needs some work'. I can't do any more 'work' to it! Clearscore is always 'soaring high' - the numbers change monthly. I just think it's a good thing that lenders don't see those scores because they're arbitrary and nonsensical.

I'm also beginning to despair at the standard of English throughout our country. Not to mention general knowledge. I read the other day that questions on such quizzes as 'Mastermind' have had to be 'dumbed down' because contestants aren't half as bright as they used to be. What's happening? Electoral 'role' indeed.   :s

I've blocked the monthly emails I used to receive advising me how I was doing on each credit report. I'm much happier. I now just check them when I feel like it. I'm in charge, not them!

PS Just checked my Clearscore and it's still the old scoring system - but 'new Clearscore coming soon'. Today I'm 'stable'. Good to know!

Surely, someone with as much experience of credit as you must know that the score means nothing?  I know it's stated on these boards time and time again, and people still keep harping on about it - but an old hand such as you ?????

He won't listen to anyone when he keeps taking out new credit so he won't take it in that the scores are pointless.
