How can I review an insurance company?

I use a disabiity scooter and took out insurance with Fish. Two weeks ago I got a puncture so I phoned Fish to ask for transport home for me and my scooter. I had assumed they use specialist vehicles for transport but they arranged a taxi. My scooter is quite big and previously taxi drivers with rear loading ramps have refused to take it. I explained this to Fish. I had a text to say a taxi would be with me in 30 minutes. No taxi arrived. I had a second text to say that a taxi would arrive in 30 minutes. No taxi arrived. A third text told me a taxi was on its way. I decided to ride home even though the tyre was flat. On my way home a fourth text arrived to say that a taxi was on its way. If I had known that Fish use taxis I would not have taken out insurance with them. How can I review them online?
