I now want to have them on my android tablet but I don't want to pay for them again

Sometimes the apps are linked to your email account. I have a couple like that where I can use them on different devices

Did you buy the apps through the Amazon app store? If so, just download the app store on your new device, log in with the same account, see if they're available to download.
