Sky technical error caused 6 hard searches

My credit score has been hit hard by sky glass website error, 5 of them were caused by the website error before I gave up and called the helpline to buy. I didn't realise until I looked at my score, horrified that these were entered and my score fell by 170 points on experian

You can potentially ask them to remove the additional searches, but in reality, it's not going to make much difference in a month or two.0
