I don't know either, but I suspect it'll be things like; any leaks? Tundish? Air bubble at an ok level? Safety discharge valves working fine? That sort of stuff.I think I can say with nigh-on complete certainty, that they would not have checked the security of the wiring screw terminals.Ok, they may have noticed scorching at an earlier stage - if it had been visible - but I doubt they'd have done anything that would have prevented FBb's issue.4
