Lloyds - on line and app - problem?

Options
There appears to be a problem this morning, I'm getting the message "Unfortunately we can't retrieve the account information you've requested right now. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please try again later."

Cant access my Club Lloyds account via app or website.   However, it does let me access documents (statements etc) and transactions, but only for dates up to July 2021.

It seems everything after then is missing!

Anyone else got problems?
How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)

  • Same here for me. Its also the same on my Halifax banking app so guessing its a problem within their banking group.

  • Same here with Halifax. Lets me view my "pots" (I have money sat in one waiting to pay to Eon) but not my current account.

Same issue for me with Bank of Scotland ... seems to be an issue with all Lloyds Banking Group companies.

  • Although not encouraging, it is reassuring that it is a 'bank' problem and not an individual customer account problem.

Hopefully it will resolve soon and thanks for the helpful and reassuring posts.

You say that - I moved a few quid (not much) from my Chase account to my Halifax account at 7.30am this morning - still not showing.
