Hi.
So I have tried several things and it´s STILL there.
I am using Firefox. I have already done all the settings stuff re default search engine and removing Bing from the list of search engines.
I have also used MalWareBytes free trial software and whilst now when I click Firefox instead of going to Bing it goes to mysearchengine dot co/homepage - but doesn´t connect as the PUP file has been quarantined.
But of course it is STILL trying to connect to the Bing Hijacker, so the malware or whatever it is is STILL there.
Any ideas as I am out of options now. It is really annoying. Perhaps it is something in Windows 10 that is buggy?

Sorry. No edit button here. So now it tries to connect to mysearchengine dot co and I get the following error message:"Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to mysearchengine.co. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.
Error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem."
