1)The prize comprises:

a)An allowance of £100 per person (£400 total) towards UK travel costs made payable to the winner in the form of a BACS transfer;

b)Three (3) nights’ accommodation for four at Landal Kielder Waterside based on sharing a 2-bedroom Beech Premier Spa Lodge (subject to availability);

c)Welcome hamper including a selection of food and drink essentials, e.g. coffee, tea, bread, eggs, etc;

d)One-hour archery session for four at Landal Kielder Waterside;

e)4 x Tickets for an event of the prize winner’s choice at Kielder Observatory (up to the maximum value of £35 per person). For list of events, visit: https://kielderobservatory.org/our-events; and

f)One day’s bike here for four people (one bike per person).

2)The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of their congratulations e-mail from Element being sent and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.

3)The prize must be taken within 12 months of the congratulations e-mail from Element being sent and cannot be taken over Christmas and New Year (19th December 2022 to 4th January 2023) or over any UK Bank Holidays (15th to 18th April 2022; 2nd May 2022; 2nd and 3rd June 2022; 29th August 2022). The prize and its components are subject to availability.

4)Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the accommodation. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check into the accommodation for security deposit purposes.

5)It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

6)The prize excludes transfers between the prize winner’s home and the train station of departure, drinks, additional meals, excursions, attractions, spa treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, travel insurance and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize. 

7)The prize and all its elements are subject to availability. Neither Channel 5 nor Element will accept responsibility for the accommodation or any facilities being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

8)There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

9)Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

10)An allowance towards UK travel costs will be provided to the winner only. The allowance is calculated at a set maximum of £100 per guest and will be made payable to the winner at the time of accommodation booking by the prize provider as a BACS transfer. This travel allowance will be paid to the winner up to a maximum of 4 guests/£400. Neither Channel 5 nor the prize provider are responsible for organising travel arrangements for this prize, it will be the winner’s responsibility to organise this appropriately throughout their stay unless otherwise stated.
