How to cancel TotalAV?

Have contacted TotalAV to cancel and get refund and they sent a link to confirm cancellation. It doesn't work - I type in my email and password and 2 ticks appear as if saying they are correct but the process goes no further and small box saying to make sure email and password are correct appears on left hand side. Repeatedly. Contacted TotalAV again and they just say I need to log into my account which I did fine but can't see a way to cancel the subscription. Still in the 30 day period. Any advice gratefully appreciated. Paid with patpal. Windows 10 pc.

I have emailed them repeatedly - in their 2nd reply they sent a link to process the cancellation but it doesn't work claims either email or password is wrong despite a tick next to each one. Have tried this process about ten times now to no avail.
