What's the strangest clause you've seen in a tenancy agreement?

My entry is from the lease for my one-bedroom studio apartment:
16. Not to keep or use any musical instrument or instruments in the demised premises which may be a nuisance annoyance or inconvenience to the owners tenants or occupiers of any of the other studio homes or of any other property and not to keep or permit or suffer to be kept more than one piano in the demised premises.....
Ok, the first part is perfectly reasonable but no more than one piano? Surely having multiple pianos is one of mankind's basic human rights! Anyway I found a way round it and now have a collection of fourteen electronic keyboards.
