Ticketmaster resale payment

Hi
can anyone help, 
I sold tickets via Ticketmaster resale, concert was 5 October, site tells you to wait 10 days after event before you will be paid, this can then take 3-5 business days 
so essentially I should have been paid worst case 26 October. C.3 weeks ago. 

I have had 5 emails telling me the payment is being processed - still don’t have it. 

I’ve contacted them via my account and emailed them 100s of times and not getting anywhere. Surely they cant hold money like this ?? Anyone else had any joy
