Moving laundry machine and adding dishwasher

In the utility room I have a freestanding, under counter top fridge and a laundry machine in place. What I got a quote for is:
- replace laundry machine with a dishwasher
- replace fridge with the displaced laundry machine
(cannot leave laundry machine in place because the fridge's slot would not allow the dishwasher to open fully)
Note that this means that something will have to happen to the plumbing (i.e. a new junction will have to be added to both potable water and sewage)
I was quoted 260 pounds + VAT. Is this reasonable? It seems a bit steep to me, however I also want the work to be done well and this plumber has got good reviews.
