Claiming a refund from Square as a consumer

Hi,
I purchased a book from an independent business via Square in August and never received it. I’ve tried to contact the seller within the past month via email who hasn’t responded. Has anyone claimed a refund through Square before? I can find information about refunds from the seller’s viewpoint but nothing about consumers requesting refunds. I paid £30 so it’s not the cheapest of books!

Your contract is with the seller, Square are just an intermediary.
