Why does NHS app show 2 x QR codes?

Sorry if it's a daft question, but I understand the EU covid passport only has 1 and I thought UK was supposed to be compatible with it?

Is that the square one or the oblong one? Neither of these QR codes would work for me when answering the questions on the PLF and so I had to say "No" to the question "Do you have a QR code to verify your vaccination status?"

mine has one now has 3!Currently the correct one to show is the second one as that shows you have completed an initial course of covid vaccine. Currently marked 2 of 2, even for those who have had 3.
I expect in time a booster may also be required so there is the possibility of the booster vaccine being the one everyone wants to see, but this maybe months away.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
