Hi,
I was wondering what sort of deals that BA usually have on Black Friday?
I am looking for flights to Texas at the end of March to attend Wrestlemania, and wondered what kind of reductions anybody had found before?
Thanks

There will be a Black Friday sale but the last 2 years have fundamentally changed the travel industry, and what happened before is unlikely to be what happens in the future. BA's sale will probably have some deals but they will focus on destinations that are not selling well, and if the PR is to be believed, the US is doing very well for next year already.
Price the flights you want now and compare on the day the sale starts, suggestions this morning are that the number of seats available at sale prices may be severely limited, and don't restrict yourself to BA, AA is big in Texas too for example.0 -
I checked this morning and there was talk of a £300 discount for BA Holidays, put the hotel ,flight into the web site and only £50 discount ,did some checking and the maximum discount is for holidays that cost over £10,000 !0

Its the same as the £299 flight to the USA, it'll be limited tickets for one of their least travel routes on a unpopular date but they just need to exist.
Both are still better than the GoPro Black Friday sale in the USA which started earlier this week and replaced a different offer... identical price as the previous offer but the bundle no longer includes a spare battery... when you know the hype is going to shift units you dont have to offer your best prices... just something to be able to claim Black Friday Sales.0 -
I’m surprised so many get suckered in to this fairly recent yet horrid American retail activity.
Normally tat or retailers pushing stuff that they can’t shift.
I have had three email Black Friday offers from a virus protection company this week and one a BF deal for dried cat food (we don’t have a cat…).
Don’t get pulled in.1
