Certainly has - even while earlier parts of this thread were being commented upon WBC put in another £4M to keep them afloat and registered 3 floating charges against the company on 23/11/21:

More good money after bad from WBC - and who are they really answerable to? 

Note that Alvarez & Marsal are leading the efforts to raise funds - the same company currently winding up Avro Energy (another fiasco).

Alvarez and Marsal are the Administrators for a lot of these failed suppliers, including two that I have personal experience of. Namely, Green Supplier to Shell SoLR and Neon Reef to British Gas SoLR. Nice work if you can get it.

Nice work is a bit of an understatement!; Here's their hourly charge our rates (emphasis here - these rate are by the hour!) for Avro Energy:



£1,520 for an 8 hour day for support! and £7,880 a day of the MD gets involved!
