More giving money away while my council tax continues to rise more than inflation.

Wales is a poorer country with lots of agricultural and seasonal tourism workers.
The thing people need to remember is that there are many people in Wales, including us, who are not on the gas grid so their increases are not the same.
We used to be on oil and if I compare the spot price to what I paid last January it's only increased by 20% or so.
Our pellets have increased by 9% since last year, so it's only electricity that has increased by a massive amount.
We are low income with savings so not eligible for anything, but our full council tax plus water plus fuel is still only 24% of our income.0
